Delivery & Returns

Next Day Delivery via DPD

Order your testing kit before 3 pm (Monday to Friday) and have it delivered the next working day via DPD. Once dispatched, you can edit your delivery date and address directly via DPD.

You will receive an email and text with tracking number and shipment updates.

How to return my sample to the lab?

(choose the right one for you at checkout)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Return Service (1-3 working days).

We include the Tracked 24 returns bag as it provides our customers with access to the vast network of Royal Mail priority post boxes. This is particularly handy for patients with symptoms as an easy way to return samples. In line with the terms and conditions of Royal Mail, COVID samples are not allowed to be shipped via the Post office. Delivery times are 1-3 working days.

Drop off at one of our partner testing sites. (London-based)

For all London based customers, you can now drop off your kit (7 days a week) at any of our partner testing sites marked in yellow on this map. A private courier will deliver your sample to the lab on the same day. Results will be available within 48 hours.

Same-Day Courier Private (London-based)

Have a private courier deliver your testing kit at your specified time and date. The driver will wait while you take your sample and will have it returned directly back to the lab on the same day.

Can I book a private courier if I live outside London (outside the M25)?

We can certainly help you get a quote from one of our partner couriers. However, the price would depend on mileage between your delivery address and the nearest lab from our network (Norwich, London, Birmingham or Durham) or your nearest Dx drop off point for a next day delivery.

Can I hand deliver my sample to the lab?

Unfortunately not. However, you can still drop your sample at any of our partner testing sites in London.
If at doubt, please contact our support team at support@rightangled.co and they will help direct you to your nearest available drop off point to hand deliver your sample.
