Marketing manager

The role will be leading all data and analytics around marketing activities and customer behaviour. Being the 'go to’ person collaborating with all departments within the business playing a vital role to deliver actionable insights on customer interactions and behaviour with our products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Launching new products in new B2B sectors to maximise profitability and ROI.
  • Competitors analysis and Brand positioning; Keep an active ear to ground to assess market landscape, trends, shifts that relate to Rightangled, suggest how we might adapt/act accordingly.
  • Collecting data from marketing activities and sales reporting for analysis
  • Studying buying behaviour of customer base and purchasing Product trends allowing for future targeting and specific campaigns
  • Suggesting adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve Sales profitability
  • Social media management; proactively develop content and periodically suggest ideas that help raise the profile of Rightangled with target audience.
  • Set and plan against promotional & marketing activity on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
  • Manage marketing budget and Help build and improve resilient internal processes that will allow the business to scale quickly
  • Public relations management; Manage the publishing, distribution and reporting of content across multiple channels
  • Plan and support event attendance, speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Online and offline advertisement, as well as using knowledge from all digital and offline distribution channels to maximise profit margins and deliver the highest quality service.
  • Work closely with other growth team members to manage marketing assets: website front end, case-study, showreel, Articles, Blog. And Help to improve and evolve strategic marketing plans and marketing operations.

Skills & Requirements

  • 4 - 5 years experience in marketing and/or communications role
  • Can operate at both a strategic and executional level
  • Used digital tools and platforms for marketing to brands and organisations; Experience in developing online marketing campaigns through Google Adwords, Analytics, Webmaster tools, SEO as well as Social media posting and advertisements.
  • Comfortable in the process of conceiving, authoring, editing and distributing short and long form content
  • Enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, multiple projects whilst optimising priorities to reflect opportunities and challenges
  • Are proactive and motivated yet diligent with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven track record in developing and marketing affiliate programs and/or healthcare referral systems is a bonus.

2x Sales Representative (UK and USA)

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales representative to assist with our sales campaigns and help us grow our client base and projects. The role primarily involves building and maintaining strong business relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

·     Maximise sales of products

·     Maintain excellent ongoing knowledge of the field, company products and competitor activity

·     Identify and action new opportunities which will drive business

·     Analyse, plan and implement strategies to ensure highest ROI

·     Liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders effectively

·     Build deep client loyalty through trust, reliability and a genuine commitment to help

·     Contact potential clients to pitch the products and to understand whether there is an opportunity

Skills & Requirements

·     Background in healthcare or lifescience degree

·     3 – 4 years of experience in sales role

·     Successful sales experience within the NHS or working with doctors and pharmacists

·     Proven track record of success in a sales role with strong results focus and shows initiative

·     Ability to adapt approach from strategic to tactical as opportunities and challenges dictate

Social media manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic social media manager to lead our social media strategy to boost visibility and customer and client engagement. The role involves managing Rightangled’s online presence by producing engaging content, analysing data and facilitating marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities

· Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and boost
engagement

· Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram and Youtube

· Plan content and execute delivery using social media management tools to manage multiple    
channels

· Monitor and report on performance of social media platforms using analytic tools such as Google     Analytics and Facebook business manager

· Analyse and provide data-driven market trend reports

· Track conversion and optimise ROI for paid social media marketing campaigns to increase
followers and improve conversions.

· Produce engaging and effective multimedia content such as videos.

· Develop affiliate referral programs and maintain key relationships with influencers across social
media platforms

Skills & Requirements

· Life science or healthcare background is desirable

· 3-4 years of experience

· A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to
advertising and e-commerce

· Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform using effective storytelling techniques

· Good knowledge and understanding of backlinks, PPC and search engine optimisation

· Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

· Data analysis skills and statistical data analysis experience to draw actionable insight

· Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity
and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers

· Excellent team work and networking skills

· Eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
