What’s a usual day with us

As our Creative Manager, you will oversee the creative aspect of our company, supporting the marketing and promotional activities, establishing campaigns, including digital, printed, media and video. You will have proactive and progressive thinking, while collaborating with other stakeholders and have perfect attention to detail. Your daily tasks may include presentation of ideas and cooperation with external partners, as well as good knowledge of the med-tech sector. Your work will have crucial importance to presenting and safeguarding the brand identity


What are your responsibilities

  • Provide creative direction and implement effective and innovative creative campaigns
  • Ensure that all creative work is aligned with the mission, values and goals of the company and represents us in the best way possible
  • Responsible for the production of engaging, accurate and timely editorial and digital campaigns to be used across our social channels and beyond
  • Take lead in video productions, photo shoots and associated editorial work
  • Ensure that all content enhances the brand, engages and inspires our target customer and is delivered in a consistent, cohesive way across all channels, including third parties
  • Implements clear and effective creative thinking and to deploy processes that support the business’s needs, adhering to key deadlines with ability to think independently


You are the perfect fit if you have

  • At least 5-7 years of experience on a highly creative and productive role as creative director/manager.
  • Evidence of successful implementation and launch of products, solely taking the process through to completion
  • Intense knowledge of photoshop, video making and editing, and experience with website interface modernisation
  • Background in research/service design or market research.
  • A very adaptive personality
  • Experience with or knowledge in medtech industry and health consumer products
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing and implementing creative strategies to increase revenues and improve customer accusation.  
  • Have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and react fast in time sensitive situations
  • High level of enthusiasm and energy, as well as flexibility and honesty

What’s a usual day with us


As our Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the day to day running of the marketing side of the company. Your responsibilities will include: creating and planning the strategy for and delivery of the marketing programme; managing the marking budget; cooperating with various colleagues in the office and abroad; implementing effective and solution-oriented marketing plans; use your interpersonal skills to communicate your ideas with other key stakeholders in an effective manner; apply your PR expertise in your daily tasks.


What are your responsibilities

  • Promoting our products in B2C and B2B sectors to maximise profitability and ROI.
  • Competitors analysis and Brand positioning; Keep an active ear to the ground to assess market landscape, trends, shifts that relate to Rightangled, suggest how we might adapt/act accordingly.
  • Collecting data from marketing activities and sales reporting for analysis
  • Studying buying behaviour of customer base and purchasing Product trends allowing for future targeting and specific campaigns
  • Suggesting adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve Sales profitability
  • Proactively develop content and periodically suggest ideas that help raise the profile of Rightangled with the target audience.
  • Set and plan against promotional & marketing activity on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Manage marketing budget and Help build and improve resilient internal processes that will allow the business to scale quickly
  • Public relations management; Manage the publishing, distribution and reporting of content across multiple channels
  • Plan and support event attendance, speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Online and offline advertisement, as well as using knowledge from all digital and offline distribution channels to maximise profit margins and deliver the highest quality service.
  • Work closely with other growth team members to manage marketing assets: website front end, case-study, showreel, Articles, Blog. And Help to improve and evolve strategic marketing plans and marketing operations.

Business Development Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales representative to assist with our sales campaigns and help us grow our client base and projects. The role primarily involves building and maintaining strong business relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

·     Maximise sales of products

·     Maintain excellent ongoing knowledge of the field, company products and competitor activity

·     Identify and action new opportunities which will drive business

·     Analyse, plan and implement strategies to ensure highest ROI

·     Liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders effectively

Social media manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic social media manager to lead our social media strategy to boost visibility and customer and client engagement. The role involves managing Rightangled’s online presence by producing engaging content, analysing data and facilitating marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities

· Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and boost
engagement

· Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram and Youtube

· Plan content and execute delivery using social media management tools to manage multiple    
channels

· Monitor and report on performance of social media platforms using analytic tools such as Google     Analytics and Facebook business manager

· Analyse and provide data-driven market trend reports

· Track conversion and optimise ROI for paid social media marketing campaigns to increase
followers and improve conversions.

· Produce engaging and effective multimedia content such as videos.

· Develop affiliate referral programs and maintain key relationships with influencers across social
media platforms

Skills & Requirements

· Life science or healthcare background is desirable

· 3-4 years of experience

· A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to
advertising and e-commerce

· Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform using effective storytelling techniques

· Good knowledge and understanding of backlinks, PPC and search engine optimisation

· Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

· Data analysis skills and statistical data analysis experience to draw actionable insight

· Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity
and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
