A guide to help understand your Heart DNA test results

Heart DNA

Once you’ve received the email saying your results are ready, please follow these steps on how to view and understand your results:

Step 1 — Go to and click ‘Login’ to access your online portal.

Step 2 — Scroll down to the Heart DNA test card and click ‘Report’ on the top right of the card.

The Heart DNA test results are split into four categories. You can switch between these categories by clicking on them on the left-hand side.

        1. Drug Response
        2. Cardiac Screening
        3. Lipids Metabolism
        4. Thrombophilia.

These three categories have subcategories. You can filter through these by clicking on them.

Each subcategory contains an overview of the category, with a summary of your result on the right. It will show you your genetic result (Genotype), risk score and your physical characteristic (Phenotype).

Lastly, it will explain what your result means and what you can do based upon these results. At the bottom of each subcategory, you can see our references.
