How to return my sample to the lab?

Drop off at DX sample collections (Guaranteed Next Day)
Drop off your sample at any of DX sample return points. There are 55 points across the UK (some might require a booking in advance, please check here ). Your sample will be collected from the drop box Monday to Friday and is transported to the lab overnight. Click the map below to find your nearest drop off location.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Return Service (1-2 working days).
We include the Tracked 24 returns bag as it provides our customers with access to the vast network of Royal Mail priority post boxes. This is particularly handy for patients with symptoms as an easy way to return samples. In line with the terms and conditions of Royal Mail, COVID samples are not allowed to be shipped via the Post office. Delivery times are 1-2 working days.
Drop off at one of our partner testing sites. (London-based)
For all London based customers, you can now drop off your kit (7 days a week) at any of our partner testing sites found on this map. A private courier will deliver your sample to the lab on the same day. Results will be available the next day.
Same-Day Courier Private (London-based)
Have a private courier delivering your testing kit at your specified time and date. The driver will wait while you take your sample and will have it returned directly back to the lab on the same day. Samples returned before 1 pm will have a same day results.
