Threadworms, also known as pinworms, are small, white, thread-like worms that infest the intestines and can cause itching around the anus. Ovex works by paralyzing the threadworms, preventing them from absorbing essential nutrients, and ultimately leading to their expulsion from the body through bowel movements.

To ensure the effectiveness of Ovex Single Tablet, it is crucial to follow the recommended dosage and administration instructions:
Dosage: The standard dosage for Ovex is one tablet, which contains 100mg of mebendazole, taken as a single dose. For most patients, this is sufficient to treat the infection.
Age and Weight Considerations:
Adults and children over 2 years old: One tablet.
Children aged 6 months to 2 years: Half a tablet (50mg). Consult a healthcare professional for proper dosing in this age group.
Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water, without chewing or crushing it. It can be taken with or without food, but taking it with a meal may help reduce stomach discomfort.
